By using colorwhim.com (“ColorWhim”, “we”) you agree to these terms. They’re short and plain on purpose.
What ColorWhim is
ColorWhim is a free tool for exploring which colors you might enjoy wearing. It estimates color qualities from a photo using automated rules and suggests seasonal palettes. It is for entertainment and personal exploration only. It is not a professional color analysis, not medical, dermatological or cosmetic advice, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate or consistent.
Your photos
Photos are processed on your device and never uploaded to us (see the privacy policy). Only use photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Don’t use the tool to analyze anyone without their permission.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the site.
- Don’t use the site or its outputs to identify, profile or discriminate against people.
- Don’t misrepresent ColorWhim results as professional or scientific findings.
Content and downloads
Palette cards and images you generate are yours to share. The site’s text, design and palettes are © ColorWhim; you’re welcome to quote or link to them with attribution. Third-party components are used under their own licenses (see About).
No warranty
ColorWhim is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Colors on screens and in printed or manufactured goods vary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make (such as purchases) based on the tool’s suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
